Company Introduction of Ensenmi 

Ensenmi Bio-technology Co., Ltd is established in 2001. We are specialized in the research, development, production, and sales of processed yeast products and yeast extracts. Our two production factories are in Guangdong province and Guangxi province of China, with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons. We rank among the top producers in Asia and are currently expanding our production capacity.

Our business encompasses four main application areas

1.Yeast extract used in flavor improvement: Enhancing flavors in both savory and sweet food products.

2.Processed Yeast Products for Pet and Animal Nutrition: lmproving palatability and providing essential nutrients for pets livestock and aquaculture.

3.Yeast Extracts as Microbial Nutrients in Industrial Fermentation: Serving as nutrient sources in fermentation media.

4.Processed Yeast Products in Nutritional and Health Foods: Adding functional ingredients including yeast protein to nutritional and health supplements.

Our professional sales engineers provide clean-label solutions to enhance flavor base, reduce salt, sugar, and fat content in food formulations, mask off-flavors, enhance characteristic flavors, replace MSG, and add aromas such as meaty, soy sauce, and roasted notes.
