Ensenmi Autolyzed Yeast is a functional yeast-derived feed ingredient produced through controlled enzymatic breakdown of yeast cells. It is rich in soluble peptides, free amino acids, nucleotides, B vitamins, minerals, and other yeast-derived nutrients. Depending on the specification, it may also contain beta-glucans and mannan oligosaccharides (MOS).
